Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota electrical license OR reciprocal required for this position.
• Ability to keep an organized workspace and work efficiently at multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% with per diem per company policy.
• Basic understanding of electricity; strong organization and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with peers and management.
• Valid certifications and licensing as needed.
• Preferred: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Reads, interprets drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications.
• Tests electrical parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
• Installs, repairs, and replaces motors, drives, relays, and related components.
• Installs or replaces wiring, conduits, lighting, and electrical parts per NEC.
• Installs generators and industrial storage batteries.
• Performs preventive maintenance and testing of electrical systems.
• Installs circuits, panels, conduits, and protection devices per NEC.
• Collaborates with crew members and may mentor Electrical Apprentices.
• Other duties as assigned.
