Job summary

OWL Services is seeking experienced Electrical Apprentices / Tradesmen to support nationwide commercial electrical construction projects. This role targets electricians advancing toward Journeyman qualifications, with strong hands-on skills and the ability to work under a licensed Journeyman or Working Foreman.

This is a long-term traveling position within a safety-focused, performance-driven organization. Candidates must have heavy commercial experience and be prepared for up to 85% travel,

Qualifications

8,000–9,000 documented work hours in commercial electrical construction (≈5+ years)
Active Apprentice license required
Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Perform commercial electrical installations per drawings, specs, and NEC requirements
Install and support conduit systems (EMT, rigid, PVC), feeder pulls, device installation, lighting systems, and distribution components
Assist with panel terminations, transformers, and switchgear installation under supervision
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts with minimal oversight
