Job summary

OWL Services seeks experienced Electrical Apprentices/Tradesmen to support nationwide commercial electrical construction projects. This role targets electricians advancing toward Journeyman qualifications, with strong tool skills and installation knowledge, working under licensed Journeymen or Foremen.

This long-term traveling position emphasizes safety, steady production, and accountability, with a focus on developing electricians who perform at high levels.

Qualifications

• 8,000-9,000 hours documented in commercial electrical construction (5+ years).
• Experience in heavy commercial environments, ground-up construction preferred.
• Active Apprentice license required.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, and specs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical installations per drawings, specs, NEC requirements.
• Install and support conduit systems, feeders, lighting, and power distribution components.
• Assist with panel terminations, transformers, and switchgear under supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints and layouts with minimal oversight.
