Job summary

OWL Services is seeking experienced Electrical Apprentices / Tradesmen to support our commercial electrical construction projects nationwide. This position is intended for electricians with heavy commercial experience who are building toward Journeyman qualifications but do not currently hold a Journeyman license.

This is not an entry-level apprenticeship. It is a long-term traveling role within a performance-driven organization focused on safety, execution, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8,000-9,000+ documented work hours in commercial electrical construction (5+ years).
• Experience in heavy commercial environments; ground-up construction preferred.
• Active Apprentice license required.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and one-lines with minimal supervision.
• Pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing; provide two forms of US ID.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical installations per drawings, specs and NEC.
• Install and support conduit systems, feeders, devices, lighting and power distribution.
• Assist with panel terminations, transformers and switchgear under supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts with minimal oversight.
