Rachel Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Earthwork Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial, industrial, development, wind energy and road projects across the Midwest. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform site grading and earthwork activities for diverse projects.
• Operate heavy equipment (blade, dozer, excavator, water truck, skid steers).
• Collaborate with subcontractors to plan procedures and coordinate phases.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to specs and schedules.
• Supervise field crews of 5–25 personnel; coordinate with PM and Superintendent.
• Assist Project Manager with procurement, scheduling, and documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and project-specific requirements.
