Job summary

Rachel Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Earthwork Foreman to lead field teams on commercial, industrial, and wind-energy projects across the Midwest.

You will direct day-to-day site activities, manage crews of 5–15, cooperate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers, planning and executing work sequences, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience within civil construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Perform site grading for a variety of civil projects including roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and execute work activities.
• Monitor quality, schedule, and project specifications through regular PM communication.
• Lead a field team of about 5–15 personnel including operators and laborers.
• Assist Project Manager with material procurement, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ensure all personnel on-site follow safety requirements and company policies.
