HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW -
- We offer competitive pay and benefits – Starting pay of $20.00 per hour, zero experience required; Starting pay of $22.00 per hour for those with a CDL A. Two weeks paid vacation; 7 paid holidays; at least 40 hours paid sick leave. Great potential for overtime. Employee-only medical coverage at ZERO cost. Monthly cell phone allowance of $50, with a bi-annual reimbursement of up to $600. Project-based bonuses and performance-based merit increases. Employee Referral Bonus of $2,000.
- We offer travel opportunities – Our Tacoma location travels 50% of the time, mainly within the Northwest, Idaho, Montana, Washington, and Oregon. Projects typically operate on a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule, with workdays of 10–12 hours. Occasional weekend travel may be required. Traveling employees stay in private hotel rooms at ZERO cost, with per diem allowances.

- Prior experience with sonic, auger, rotary, or direct push rigs is a plus but not required.
HERE’S AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO -
- Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment.
- Work outdoors year-round in two or three-person crews.
- Solve problems and work productively in a team.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections.
- Perform physical labor, including shoveling drilling debris and transporting materials using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain all required certifications and training.
- Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
HERE’S WHAT WE REQUIRE -
- Negative drug test.
- Satisfactory background check results, with your authorization. Offenses are reviewed case-by-case.
- Valid Driver’s License for your state and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Interstate DOT Medical Card and compliance with all FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
- Passing a HAZWOPER physical.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. under IRCA.
