Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC, is seeking applicants for field roles in the Upland area. The position involves driving and operating drill rigs and related equipment, working in two- or three-person crews outdoors, and performing physical labor with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

CDL and health requirements apply, with travel 50–60% across Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with no experience required; $22.00 per hour for CDL A holders.

Qualifications

• Possessing a valid Driver’s License for the state in which you reside is essential.
• Satisfactory results of a background check and your authorization to conduct a routine background check.
• Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting FMCSA requirements to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Passing a HAZWOPER physical.
• Legal right to work in the United States under IRCA.

Responsibilities

• Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment.
• Work outdoors year-round within two or three-person crews.
• Solve problems and work productively in a team.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections.
• Perform physical labor and transport materials using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain all required certifications and training.
• Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Complete other duties and projects, as assigned.
