Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking a field operator to drive and operate drill rigs and related equipment. The role involves outdoor work in two- to three-person crews, following safety policies and DOT rules, and performing routine maintenance on gear. Travel is required on a project basis, with accommodations provided.

Starting wage is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with CDL A eligibility at $22.00 per hour. Overtime, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts and related equipment.
• Must be able to work outdoors in crews of two or three.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive, operate, and maintain Cascade's drill rigs and equipment.
• Work outdoors year-round in small crews.
• Solve problems and work productively in a team.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Comply with all DOT regulations.
• Perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
