Central Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Dozer Operator to join our field team. You will operate heavy equipment across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Iowa, performing grading, leveling and earthmoving tasks with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You must have prior heavy equipment experience, a valid license, and strong mechanical, communication and teamwork skills. This role involves outdoor work and regular overtime, with company benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, preferably Class A.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical strength and endurance to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver the dozer safely and accurately on site.
• Maintain clear communication with the site supervisor and crew.
• Prioritize safety and follow guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on the dozer.
• Operate dozers to grade, level, excavate, and move materials.
• Conduct precise grading to match project specs.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
