Job summary

Central Specialties, Inc. is looking for a Dozer Operator to support our road construction and earthmoving projects across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Iowa.

You will operate dozers to grade, level, and move material, working closely with a crew to complete tasks safely and efficiently. The role requires travel across the specified states, a valid CDL, good communication, and strong mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dozers or other heavy equipment.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred.
• Willingness to travel across MN, ND, SD, MT, IA.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver the dozer safely and accurately to grade and level surfaces.
• Maintain clear communication with site supervisor and crew using hand signals.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Perform routine dozer maintenance such as greasing and fluid checks.
• Assist with general earthmoving and site prep as needed.
