Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to join our Wyomissing stores. The role focuses on covering pharmacist scheduling gaps, supporting safe prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and patient care within the district.

The position requires an active Pharmacist License in the state, an National Provider Identifier (NPI), and compliance with CVS Health policies to ensure patient safety and quality care. On-site work with a 40-hour week is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator (DPC).
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager by stepping in during bench shifts as needed.
• Provide clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible.
• Maintain compliant documentation and patient privacy per CVS Health policies.
