Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled and act as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and staff coverage to maintain patient safety and service levels.
• Assist in immunization services and patient counseling to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, CVS Health policies, and privacy requirements.
