Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
- Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
- Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow and safety guardrails.
