Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing for the Scranton, PA region to lead nursing departments across facilities. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality patient care in a SNF setting.

The role requires an active RN license and at least two years of Director of Nursing experience, with travel as needed to cover assigned buildings. Full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license and be eligible to practice in assigned states.
• Minimum two years of Director of Nursing experience with strong quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations and survey practices.
• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays; coverage mainly Scranton, PA region.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete supervision and management of the nursing department across facilities.
• Exercise independent judgment and manage administrative authority and accountability.
• Oversee core nursing operations and policy implementation as directed by the company.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and survey readiness.
