Job summary

West Covina Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will prepare patients, assist with treatments, and help maintain a clean, sterile office.

You’ll take radiographs, prepare trays, manage supplies, and collaborate with the front desk to ensure smooth scheduling. The role requires good communication, reliability, and a patient‑first mindset, with no travel involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state certification/licensure as applicable.
• Demonstrated patient care skills and ability to work in a dental team.
• Ability to follow infection control guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist during procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain a clean operatory.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photographs as directed.
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and manage supplies.
• Document patient charts and clinician notes in the digital chart.
