Job summary

N. Rancho Cucamonga Dental Group and Orthodontics is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience.

You will prepare patients for exams, assist with radiographs, and help maintain a clean, efficient operatory across specialty areas as needed. The role emphasizes active listening, teamwork, and timely communication with front office and clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-mandated training for certification/licensure.
• Certification/licensure requirements vary by state and must be maintained.
• Ability to travel between offices if required by specialty assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support clinicians to prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Maintain sterile environment and clean operatory per guidelines.
• Assist with radiographs and intra-oral imaging as directed.
• Prepare tray setups and ensure adequate supplies in each operatory.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front/back office teams for smooth scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to support PPE and PFL goals.
• Record clinical notes in the digital patient chart and present treatment records.
