Zusammenfassung

PDS Health is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will prepare patients for examinations, assist with radiographs, and keep operatories sterile while following infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with front office, maintaining supplies, and supporting multiple offices as needed. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required for travel between sites.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state mandated certification/licensure.
• Diploma or certificate appropriate to dental assisting as required by state regulations.
• Must have or obtain a driver’s license and automobile insurance for travel between offices.
• Travel to multiple offices per day and reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties per state Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties.
• Participate in PPE to keep patients focused on optimal treatment.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front/back office teams for smooth scheduling.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; prepare operatory per infection control guidelines.
• Assist dentist in treatments and prepare radiographs and intra-oral images.
• Prepare tray setups and maintain supply levels in each operatory.
• Maintain patient charts and record clinician’s notes in the digital chart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
