Job summary

DP World is seeking a Project Manager to lead training and workforce readiness for traveling teams launching new data center sites. You will develop comprehensive training programs, coordinate onboarding, and ensure employee competency across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in operational training within logistics or related industries, strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a willingness to travel as projects begin.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in logistics, distribution, manufacturing or similar environments.
• Ability to develop, coordinate and execute training plans for frontline teams.
• Hands‑on training delivery and competency evaluation.
• Knowledge of safety, quality standards and standardized work procedures.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources and project priorities.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Safety, Quality and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and workforce readiness activities for traveling teams across new data center start‑ups.
• Develop training plans, SOPs, work instructions with Operations, Safety, Quality and Engineering.
• Coordinate onboarding and hands‑on training for data tower handling.
• Assess competency before employees perform tasks independently.
• Maintain training records and qualifications documentation.
• Partner with site leadership to identify skill gaps and readiness requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive improvements for safety and consistency.
