GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Team Data Center Operations Support for 1st shift. The role involves serving as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites, coordinating resolutions for service failures, and ensuring accurate order processing.

Travel up to 75% is required. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant work experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel.
• Availability to work extended hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites and coordinate resolutions.
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site.
• Monitor service performance and assist with improvements.
