• Proven budget management and cost control experience.
• Familiarity with local and national electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical installations and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction professionals to meet project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and accuracy of electrical work.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical installations considering timelines and client requirements.
• Use Autodesk and other software to create detailed electrical plans and drawings.
• Ensure electrical systems integrate with lighting and fire protection systems.
