Divcon is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and handover of multiple construction projects nationwide, with a heavy travel requirement. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

The role demands strong problem solving, BMS/HVAC knowledge, OSHA 30, and excellent communication skills. Expect 95% travel, including weekends and after-hours, and regular updates to senior management.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
• OSHA 30 certification required within the past two years.
• Willingness to travel 95% (including weekends)

Responsabilidades

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee installation subcontractors and controls techs during commissioning.
• Maintain client communication and manage expectations.
• Review engineering submittals and drawings before handoff.
• Track change orders and project expenses to control costs.
• Provide monthly project updates to senior management.
