Job summary

SC State Credit Union is seeking a Floating Customer Service Representative who will travel between branches, greeting members, processing transactions, resolving inquiries, and promoting credit union products. The role supports Anderson and Upstate area locations with occasional travel to Spartanburg, Clemson, Seneca, and more; mileage is paid for out-of-town travel.

You’ll build relationships with members, provide exceptional service, and adapt to diverse branch environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success.
