Job summary

Tadano Pan America is seeking a Technician/Crane Operator to perform quality control inspections and functionality checks on Tadano equipment, both on-site and off-site. You will conduct product orientation and, when required, carry out repairs under supervision.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial crane environments, a valid driver's license, TWIC, and forklift certification; NCCCO certification is preferred. Extensive travel (>75%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating and maintaining machinery in an industrial crane environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, forklift operator certification, and a current TWIC card are required.
• Proficiency in reading hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics; knowledge of rigging and hand signals.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly and disassembly, inspections, and functionality checks per industry standards and factory guidelines.
• Assist with loading legal loads onto trailers during collection.
• Completes repairs, software updates, and modifications as required.
• Performs operator level maintenance on TAC inventory and supports workshop operations.
• Maintains accountability for TAC property and ensures function and serviceability.
• Conducts operator familiarizations and demonstrations for customers and distributors nationwide.
