Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required; two years related work experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Applicable trades certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance activities to ensure proper upkeep of facility infrastructure and grounds.
• Assists in skilled trades duties and in repair, installation and testing of systems and equipment.
• Conducts daily inspections and reports problems; performs building checks and preventative maintenance.
• Performs minor repairs, painting, patching, and general building repairs.
• Escorts and works with sub contractors; handles keys and sign shop duties as needed.
• Fills in for Senior Maintenance Technician I and performs other duties as required.
