Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Two years of related work experience.
Trades certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in a variety of skilled trades duties.
Provide cleaning support to courthouses and grounds as needed.
Provide assistance in repair, installation and testing of various systems and equipment.
Provide systems and building checks.
Check grounds, elevators, fire extinguishers and bathrooms for needed repairs.
Performs minor repairs.
Provide preventative maintenance to equipment, machinery and tools.
Performs painting, patching and general building repairs.
Escorts and works with sub contractors.
Assumes responsibility for assigned keys in building
Fills in for Senior Maintenance Technician I as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
