PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Traveling Licensed Cosmetologist to pick up on-call shifts across our network of salon locations, serving senior clients with compassionate care. This role emphasizes flexibility, client relationships, and high service standards.

As a traveling pro, you will work as a W-2 employee with access to PayActiv, a built-in clientele, and paid training. You’ll operate within a senior living environment, upholding safety guidelines and offering a wide range of services.

• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state.
• Reliable transportation to travel between salons.
• Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
• As-needed / on-call schedule.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of cosmetology services which may include, but not limited to: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures and roller sets.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
