You will produce videos, photos, interviews, and social content that showcase people, technologies, and opportunities in American manufacturing. The ideal candidate loves travel, storytelling, and creating content that inspires careers in skilled trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of professional content creation experience.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Video editing with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut.
• Strong writing and interviewing abilities.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Travel to partner locations, capture photos/videos, produce short-form content for social platforms, edit for multiple channels.
• Storytelling: Interview students, instructors, employers; develop human-interest stories; write feature stories and spotlights.
• Social Media Support: Generate content for campaigns; align with broader goals; provide real-time event coverage.
• Content Management: Organize media libraries; manage metadata; assist with editorial calendars; support reporting on engagement metrics.
