Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled digital content creator to capture photography and video across community programs, schools, campuses, clinics, and events throughout southeastern Wisconsin. You will build visually compelling work that aligns with brand standards and supports multiple operating companies.

You will produce and edit short- and long-form videos for social media, websites, recruitment campaigns, and presentations, while maintaining a well-organized digital library.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience creating professional digital content for organizations or brands
• Experience with photography and videography
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent editing software
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital content trends
• Excellent visual storytelling skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently between program locations across Wisconsin
• Must be based out of southeastern Wisconsin
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Multimedia, or related field; related experience considered
• Experience creating healthcare, education, or human services content preferred
• Experience with basic graphic design preferred

Responsibilities

• Capture quality photography and video at community programs, schools, residential campuses, clinics, and events
• Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, recruiting campaigns, and presentations
• Edit photos and videos into engaging, brand-aligned digital content
• Develop visual stories highlighting Owners, clients with appropriate permissions, and organizational impact
• Maintain a consistent library of photos, video, and digital assets
• Create multimedia content supporting social media strategies of multiple operating companies
• Partner with marketing and communications on campaigns, awareness initiatives, recruitment, and community engagement
• Identify meaningful organizational stories reinforcing mission and culture
• Conduct informal interviews with Owners, leaders, and other parties
• Support Owner branding through spotlights, workplace culture content, and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure content reflects brand standards and each operating company's identity
• Build relationships with leaders across multiple operating companies to identify content opportunities
• Coordinate content visits with program leaders while minimizing operational disruption
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on campaigns, strategic initiatives, and special projects
• Assist with event coverage, grand openings, community partnerships, and organizational celebrations
• Organize and maintain digital photo and video libraries
• Ensure proper file naming, tagging, storage, and accessibility
• Manage equipment and recommend technology improvements as needed
