Job summary

Luck Companies is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join our traveling construction crew. Install, repair, and fabricate metal components to support Luck Stone operations, ensuring equipment and structures function reliably.

The role requires travel to project sites in VA/NC/SC/GA, typically Sunday night to Thursday, with safety as a top priority. You will use MIG, stick welding and torch cutting, maintain welds, read technical drawings, and coordinate with the team to complete

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years' fabrication experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Experience with MIG, STIC and Torch cutting.
• Must pass DOT Physical.
• Heavy equipment operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and fabricate metal components to support Luck Stone operations.
• Maintain equipment and welds; ensure safety and readiness of tools and structures.
• Travel to project sites across VA/NC/SC/GA; typically Sunday night to Thursday.
• Coordinate with team to complete projects safely, efficiently and promptly respond to safety issues.
