Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks a Traveling Skilled Construction Technician to support interior construction for tenant improvements, renovations, and light industrial projects across the United States. The role travels nationwide with company-paid lodging, travel, and per diem, under Foreman/Superintendent guidance.

Candidates should be prepared for extensive travel, perform framing, drywall, ceilings, doors and hardware, flooring prep, and finish work, and collaborate with project teams while

Qualifications

• Two or more years of construction, renovation, tenant improvement, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Experience performing general construction activities including demolition, framing support, drywall, ceilings, floor prep, and punch list work preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction activities for tenant improvements, renovations, and related projects.
• Independently execute interior scopes and support multi-trade carpenters on larger installations.
• Load, transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment; operate hand and power tools safely.
