Job summary

Perimeter Security Partners is seeking a motivated traveling Installation Superintendent with extensive construction experience to install AVB systems, security fencing, gates, bollards, and related ACP equipment across diverse sites in the United States.

Responsibilities include leading 2–4 crew, coordinating with PMs and clients, and ensuring safety and quality on every site. Strong outdoor work capability and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as construction supervisor/foreman or superintendent.
• Minimum 5 years in excavation, concrete placement, and/or industrial fencing installation.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow detailed plans.
• Must possess REAL ID driver’s license and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, train, monitor attendance, and assign tasks to the installation crew to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, client representatives, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and policy compliance.
• Create 3-week look-ahead schedules and provide weekly updates to the Project Manager.
• Record safety incidents and conduct toolbox talks to reinforce PPE use and safe practices.
• Draft daily documentation, organize receipts, and update as-built drawings and close-out documents.
