Job summary

The Berg Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee multi-site commercial construction operations (Drywall, Paint, Acoustical Ceilings) and lead Foreman teams to achieve production goals. The role bridges the Project Manager and field teams, ensuring staffing aligns with schedules and safety, quality, and craftsmanship remain top priorities across projects.

The candidate will drive production, coordinate with General Contractors, and steward Berg’s culture while building client relationships

Qualifications

Minimum leadership experience supervising foremen and field crews on commercial construction sites.
Proven ability to manage safety, schedule, quality, and client relations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Foreman teams (5-15) and up to 150 field workers across projects.
Monitor production tracking and ensure bid levels by activity are met.
Maintain safety and QA standards and coordinate with safety teams on site visits.
Communicate daily with project teams and clients to manage expectations.
Oversee staffing, material buys, and subcontractor coordination to meet schedules.
Coach and mentor field leaders to improve performance and morale.
