The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and travel flexibility. Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $167,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction leadership experience
• Experience in water/wastewater or process plant construction is preferred
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn Kiewit policies, procedures and software
• Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration experience
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Act as a field supervisor overseeing construction operations on the project
• Mentor and grow junior superintendents and direct reports
• Review and approve labor rates for foremen, journeymen, and laborers
• Manage contract administration and stakeholder meetings
• Develop and maintain client relations on site
• Attend meetings with clients for problem resolution and planning
• Oversee monthly cost updates and cash flow projections
• Review, approve, and negotiate change orders
• Plan project completion and turnover
• Create and maintain daily reports and logs
• Ensure timely performance evaluations for direct reports
• Recommend organizational or procedural changes
• Review and approve promotions up to General Foremen
