Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Traveling Federal Construction Superintendent (Clearance Required) to lead federal construction projects on a nationwide travel basis. This full-time permanent role involves overseeing multi-million dollar builds, coordinating with PMs and site teams, and ensuring schedule and budget adherence while maintaining strict safety standards.

A US government security clearance is preferred; Top Secret is highly welcome, with the ability to obtain clearance if not held.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record of completing relevant projects.
• Experience building SCIFs is a huge plus.
• Current US Government Secret security clearance is for consideration. Top Secret highly. Must be able to obtain a clearance if not already held.
• Experience working on Department of Defense (DOD) sites, with knowledge of clearance and badging processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time
• Willingness to work with tools when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations and maintain project schedules.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
