Job summary

White Construction is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex construction efforts in various sectors. The candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of project plans, cost management, schedule adherence, and QA/QC practices, while guiding safety and subcontractor coordination on site.

With a strong emphasis on client relationships and professional communication, the role requires 6+ years in similar project types and a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 6+ years of experience in similar construction project types.

Responsibilities

• Know the plans and predict problems before starting work.
• Understand and analyze cost of materials and methods to control costs.
• Prepare, adjust, and adhere to a 3-week look ahead and overall project schedules.
• Commit to quality construction per the QA/QC program and project guidelines.
• Lead safety efforts, including weekly safety meetings and proactive measures.
• Understand subcontracts, subcontractor responsibilities, and scope of work.
• Maintain client and peer relationships, attend industry events, foster opportunities.
• Communicate messages clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
