As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the construction project from start to finish, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and perform inventory checks throughout the project duration. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. Effective delegation and issue resolution on site are essential skills.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience
• Experience with Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant, and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ProCore
• Willingness to travel regionally

• Build and maintain good relationships with subcontractors
• Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
