United Contractor Services is seeking a Construction Site Safety Manager to lead safety programs across field and office teams, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and project protocols.

The ideal candidate will have OSHA 30/500, 4+ years in construction safety, and bi-lingual English/Spanish skills, with a hands-on approach to coaching, audits, and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Construction Safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and 500 Certifications.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate quality and productive leadership skills.
• Implementation of safety programs daily.
• Lead employee & Subcontractor onsite training and organize workshops.
• This position may require being on your feet approximately 80% of the time.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
