United Contractor Services is hiring a Construction Site Safety Manager to champion safety training, compliance, and a culture where every employee returns home safely. The role requires managing safety programs across both office and field teams, with a focus on regulatory adherence and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years hands-on construction safety experience.
• Must have OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote strong safety leadership across all safety functions.
• Execute daily safety program implementation on active job sites.
• Lead onsite safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate regular safety workshops and trainings.
• Be on your feet roughly 80% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
