Job summary

ORION is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment professional to perform safety activities at construction sites across Texas. The role includes 90% travel within Texas, working long hours, weekends, and varying weather conditions while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company values.

You will coordinate with Field Supervisors and Client Safety Supervisors, conduct safety training, and oversee PPE distribution and permit management to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Performs and conducts HSE observations and site inspections on assigned project sites.
• Ensures all employees are working safely and following safety guidelines/standards per company and state/federal laws.
• Investigates accidents and prepares accident reports under mentor guidance.
• Monitors health and safety violations and enforces safety equipment use.
