Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support multiple active construction projects in the Reno market. The role focuses on promoting safe work practices, partnering with field teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance across sites.

You will lead safety orientations, conduct inspections, and drive continuous safety improvements while traveling between jobsites to coach and observe field personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Experience conducting jobsite inspections, safety observations, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively coach employees at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel throughout the local market to support multiple construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Support safety initiatives across multiple active construction projects.
• Travel between jobsites to conduct safety observations, inspections, and field coaching.
• Partner with foremen, superintendents, project managers, and field employees to reinforce safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and documentation.
• Deliver safety orientations, training sessions, and equipment certifications for field personnel.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Promote a proactive, safety-first culture through coaching, communication, and leadership.
• Serve as a trusted safety resource for project teams and field operations.
