Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field.
• 2+ years construction experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, building codes and other technical data.
• Knowledge of material and field testing for QA processes.
• Knowledge of construction assemblies for various systems.

Responsibilities

• Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in quality plans, water intrusion plans, and status reports.
• Documents QA processes, test results and corrective actions.
• Collaborates with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
• Develops constructability review reports and site observations to ensure quality.
