Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the company's safety culture and demonstrate commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manage project prestart process and support preconstruction team.
• Prepare project schedule with the Project Superintendent and ensure timely resource availability.
• Lead the monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.
• Prepare project cost and margin forecasts and review costs relative to budgets.
