Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Traveling Construction Laborer to support interior construction on tenant improvements, renovations, and related projects across the United States. This entry-level role travels extensively, supporting multiple trades under a Foreman or Superintendent, handling demolition, material movement, site logistics, and site clean-up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction, labor, warehouse, moving, manufacturing, or logistics roles preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform selective demolition and removal of existing building materials and finishes.
• Clean and prepare work areas for construction activities.
• Load, unload, transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, finish technicians, and other craft professionals with construction activities as directed.
• Assist with flooring preparation, drywall installation, framing, ceilings, finishes, punch list, and closeout activities under the direction of field leadership.
• Erect, move, and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, fencing, and other temporary jobsite equipment as required.
• Remove and properly dispose of debris, waste materials, and construction scrap.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and all applicable regulations.
• Support project mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Execute assigned work activities under the direction of the Foreman and coordinate effectively with project team members.
• Travel to project locations as required.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and company development programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
