Luck Grove Telecom Inc. is hiring a Construction Laborer to support nationwide telecom infrastructure projects.

This full-time manual labor role requires 100% travel with long shifts, performing site setup, material handling, basic installation support, and safe operation of hand and power tools under supervision. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to perform physical labor outdoors, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 100%.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Willingness to travel 100% (Required).
Ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts as scheduled, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Site Preparation & Cleanup: Assist in job site setup, breakdown, and daily cleanup activities.
Tool and Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, tampers, compactors).
Project Support Activities: Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and job-site rules.
Team Communication & Coordination: Communicate progress, issues, and supply needs to supervisors; travel with crew.
Physical labor: Perform lifting, carrying, digging, loading/unloading, staging, and site cleanup.
