Job summary

The Tepa Companies are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead a crew of laborers and operators on various civil and earthwork projects. You will plan daily schedules, coordinate with subs, monitor costs, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Travel is required to project locations in the Midwest; per diem is provided for long-distance assignments. Strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of tools, and adherence to OSHA standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in civil/earthwork.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with supervisors.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proven reliability and willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of laborers and operators to complete civil/earthwork tasks.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety rules, PPE usage, and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and vendors for timely procurement.
• Maintain daily progress reports and communicate with supervisors.
