Responsibilities

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete components.
• Set forms to elevations and locations, assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy using plumb bob, level, laser or digital transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated structures.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss or Project Manager about problems and safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placing concrete as needed.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
