B is seeking a Commercial Concrete Carpenter in Milwaukee, WI to perform carpentry tasks tied to prepping, pouring, placing and finishing concrete according to drawings. The role involves building forms for floors, walls, columns, tilt-walls and other cast-in-place structures and coordinating with the team to ensure accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or contracting industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete components.
• Set forms to elevations and locations, assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy using plumb bob, level, laser or digital transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for elevated structures.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss or Project Manager about problems and safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placing concrete as needed.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
