You will set forms, verify elevations, and work with project teams to ensure safety and quality on varied concrete structures, including foundations, floors, and walls.

A background in construction is preferred; strong communication and attention to detail are essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Set and erect forms using various materials and forming systems (primarily symon forms).
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, level, laser, or transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for above-ground assemblies.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about problems, materials, or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Observe and comply with all safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
