JP Tank Inc seeks dependable Concrete Construction Laborers to join our field operations team across Wisconsin and beyond. This hands-on role builds large reinforced concrete structures such as agricultural tanks, waste storage systems, and other infrastructure projects.

Work is outdoors, physically demanding, with travel to job sites as required. The position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, per diem, and company-provided safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to travel for projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Assist in forming and stripping concrete forms.
• Place and tie reinforcing steel and assist pours.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Support crew with equipment handling and material movement.
