Job summary

JP Tank Inc is seeking dependable Concrete Construction Laborers to join our field operations team. The work involves building large reinforced concrete structures such as agricultural tanks, waste storage systems, and other infrastructure projects.

You will travel to job sites as required and work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Typical hours are long with overnight or extended travel possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across WI and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Construction Execution: assist with building reinforced concrete structures, setting forms, tying rebar, pouring and finishing concrete, and installing embedded items.
• Site Operations: load/unload materials, operate tools and equipment, assist pours and formwork, keep sites clean.
• Team Support: collaborate with foremen and crew, follow instructions, mentor less experienced workers when applicable.
• Safety Compliance: follow PPE rules, participate in safety meetings, maintain safe work areas.
